At first it is the only Ferrari with MB letters in chassis number. B is acronym of Bis, because from this car Ferrari had syncronized chassis and engine numbers, thus there were Ferraris chassis #0024M with engine #0022M and chassis #024MB with engine #0024M.
Chassis #024MB was made in 1950 as Ferrari 166 MM Touring Barchetta. During the Mille Miglia 1950 the car was crashed and then was modified to Ferrari 212 Export with engine #0084E and new Fontana body (on the photo). Due to it form it was nicknamed "l'Uovo" (it: egg).
Drogo body was mounted in 1969 by the order of Norbert Navarro. The car is also known as "Navarro Special".
This body was mounted on the chassis #0812 from Ferrari 275 P '1963 by the order of Luigi Chinetti.
