Second series cars are known as Long Nose.
In the middle of the 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB was slightly restyled: the nose was extended for better stability at high speeds, grille and front bumper mount were modified. At the rear the main difference was the use of the outer loop of the boot lid, allowing slightly increase its capacity.
