ALCO en orden cronológico

Parade vehicle built in 1941 by employees of the American Locomotive Company (ALCO) for Schenectady, NY American Legion Post 759 to honor the 40 & 8 Veterans Organization (La Société des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux, The Society of Forty Men and Eight Horses). The vehicle was built to resemble the trains that were used to transport troops to the Western Front of World War I in France, where each boxcar had the emblem 40/8 stenciled on the sides, which meant that it could carry 40 men or 8 horses.
